We are looking for Senior Technical Specialist with the below expertise:

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure on an IaaS and PaaS level
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. networks, firewalls, load balancers, virtual machines)
• Experience working with Azure administration and security (e.g. Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender and Azure Policy)
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and infrastructure as code (e.g. ARM, Bicep or Terraform)
• Manage various functions of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) and IT Outsourcing Business including Technical Support, Transition, Delivery and Operations (L1, L2, and L3).
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the Customer
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project dynamics
• End to end service delivery management to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met
• Identify KPI metrics, measure and provide quarterly reports and updates to stake holders, work with steering committee to identify, implement and overcome ongoing delivery issues and ensure smooth delivery
• Develop a lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties by continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Hold regular status meetings with project team and effectively communicate relevant project status updates to minimize exposure and risk on project
