• Lead Technical aspects of ServiceNow application development & maintenance projects.
• Build responsive web applications
• Develop middleware API calls for mobile/web applications
• Develop server-side scripts in Apache/Jelly/ServiceNow proprietary, Build flows
• Provide technical guidance and assists in the creation and refinement of stories.
• Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Developers.
• Design and communicate a Technical Architecture Blueprint based on Capability and Process Implementation Roadmaps aligning to desired Business outcomes

Your profile

• Experience in design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.
• Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Consultancy experience will be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations
• Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Implementation specialist.
• ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred)
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
• Experience with the core ITSM; service portal; APP Engine in ServiceNow.
• understanding of Micro-services architecture and enterprise integration concepts,
• Experience with AD, SSO, ODBC, SCP, FTPS, JSON and LDAP.
