Solution Architect / System Developer

Role Summary

As Solution Architect / System Developer within the Sales Solution Area of E-Commerce and Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ), focus will mainly be on the systems (applications) covering and supporting the indirect sales business. You will work closely with Business Process Owners (BPO), Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Key users. Attend in monthly/bi-monthly business review meetings together with business and discuss and align solutions and roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Take active lead in the solution architecture of the Sales Solution area

• Plan and coordinate work regarding change requests/demands via CAB/BPOs

• System development with focus on front-end solutions

• Suggest and develop improvements within the Sales Solution area to meet business objectives and requirements.

• Documentation and testing of systems/applications in scope.

• Participate in projects, and CR work, within the Sales Solution area.

• Attend Sales Solution area meetings and report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Program Manager for Sales Solution

• Comfortable with being self-driven and take necessary actions on upcoming request / tasks.

• Second/third level support, i.e. service requests and incidents.

What are we looking for?

• Both technical and interpersonal skills to design and describe how technology can be applied to solve a specific problem

• Hands-on experience from working as a solution architect

• Javascript, CSS, AngularJS, C#, JQuery and API development experience

• Languages: English (high professional knowledge, spoken and written)

• Good analyzing and decision making skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Self and result driven • Good listening and communication skills

• Structured and organized

• Positive customer service attitude

• Understanding business needs and targets

• Stress durable.
