Senior back-end developer

About the role

Our product department consists of almost 30 colleagues. We work in platform independent teams, where each of the teams has all the competencies required for development and maintenance of a certain value chain. Today we have four autonomous product teams.

You will be part of a team consisting of four developers, one experience designer, one UX-writer and one product owner. The team is responsible for fulfilling the final phase of the customer journey, handling for example order status, check out and technical integration with our printing partners. Working alongside your fellow developers, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Once Upon's back-end system.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has solid experience from back-end development and working with cloud providers. You should also have experience writing testable and easy-to-read code in Typescript. In order to feel really good with us, we believe that you are a person who likes to work in a fast and agile development process. You probably have a degree in computer science or equivalent.

Location

This role is located at our headquarters in Skellefteå or one of our sites in Umeå or Piteå. We are remote flexible, but we also value the creativity and sense of community that follows from meeting face to face with colleagues.
